1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the UBL Africa platform, website, or mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Agentics Technology Solutions Ltd.

2. Platform Description

UBL Africa is a community-driven financial trust and credit-scoring platform. Financial products are provided by licensed bank partners. Agentics is not itself a bank and does not hold deposits or extend credit directly.

3. Eligibility

• Be a resident of Ghana aged 18 years or older
• Provide accurate and truthful registration information
• Own or have lawful access to the phone number used for registration
• Not have a previous UBL Africa account suspended for fraud

4. Trust Score

Your UBL Trust Score is computed by SHIELD AI using multiple inputs. The Score is advisory and does not constitute a guarantee of loan approval.

• Scores update in real-time as new signals are processed
• You may request an explanation of your score at any time
• Score decisions can be challenged through our formal review process

5. Vouching Rules

By vouching for another member, you confirm a genuine personal or professional relationship. Organised vouching rings are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

6. Financial Products

Financial products are provided by our licensed bank partners. All loan agreements and repayment terms are governed by the terms of the bank partner.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false identity information
• Manipulating GPS or mobile money signals to influence your Trust Score
• Participating in fraudulent vouching rings
• Attempting to exploit the SHIELD AI scoring system
• Using the Platform for money laundering or illegal activity
• Impersonating another person or creating multiple accounts

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for breach of these terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting info@agenticstechnology.tech.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Ghanaian law, Agentics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.
